An 18th century palace of great heritage relevance in the development of Madrid. A noble floor that is intended to be renovated as a private house. Under the intention of enhancing the noble areas remodeled in the post-war period, the spaces are adapted to the needs of the present, always with a nobility of materials and space.

The joint work with the heritage administrations is of great importance for the desired result.
